Anyone have any advice for people still in High School?

chicks in high school are still developing their confidence, they are vulnerable to their own imaginations. so play off that. you can be mysterious, you dont have to say as much to gain their intrigue. By that I mean, you don't have to make it abundantly clear to them that you're interested. let them imagine it all day. I think something that works a lot better in high school than irl is telling their friend you're interested. Be a gentlemen about it. "hey suzie, what going on with sally? you think I could take her out?" this friend will say a bunch of stuff but you dont have to give her any more of a tell. young people, especially in high school, are super in gossip. mainly because they have nothing critical going on to discuss, so gossip is easiest and most relevant to any conversation. I tell you this because this friend, suzie, will take it upon herself to discuss it with sally. The element of myster in sallly's mind about you and if you're actually interested will kill her inside. I'm telling you just play it cool, tell the friend, text a bit and just play it chill and always be talking to a second interest. I can tell you whenever I was in high school I was too immature to realize there are other girls out there. so I would focus on one. once I started talking to two girls at the same time my life changed. I wasn't hinging on when the first girl would text me back because the second one was hitting me back. I realize this is slightly effed up but its the best advice I can give to a youngin. eventually you will wisen and not hinge of every move of your love interest. best of luck.
