I'm scrawny as all get out (5'10" and ~132lb), and I can totally relate to how you feel, but one thing I can tell you this: if she is experienced at acrobalance, you're going to be just fine.

First of all, it's much, much more about technique and timing than brute strength, and if she knows what she's doing then her skill will make it much easier than it would be if you were practicing with someone who was also a beginner.

Second, if she likes you the last thing she's going to want to do is embarrass you, so if she's smart she'll start with really easy, basic forms, like this one. I mean, watch what the base does. How much strength do you think it takes to lift the flyer, what, eight inches? (I'll tell you, since I've done both roles: not as much as the strength she's using to keep her body flat.) Can you do one bodyweight squat? Then you can do this.

Acrobalance looks kind of intimidating, but there's really nothing to fear. If you're being sensible (proper warm-up - you should be sweating, good mats, insisting on thorough instructions, copious stretching afterwards) then just about the worst thing that's likely to happen is that at some point one or the other of you will lose your balance and you'll end up in a heap on the floor. And what's so bad about that?
