Take her out to a ice cream / movie date. This one is perfect because you can talk to her while eating and then spend time in the movies where you can make your moves. First, find a cool way to talk to her and get her number. When you get her number don't say hi or that bullshit. Be always fun and tell her to go out. Don't ask her just tell her it will make her see yih as a secure and confident person.
