it sounds like she didn't want to get coffee that night because she was going to be tired after her shift. or she may have had plans. or she doesn't like last minute plans. i think that noon text was fine. immediately follow up with, "do you want to do something friday?" nothing more than this. if she doesn't write back today, she's definitely not interested.
