So basically I got a new job about 3 months ago and there's this girl there who I've been growing more attracted to. Our rapport and vibe has been growing sort of like a movie plot! over this 3 month time frame. Now it's sort of in the "falling action stage".

She's got this boyfriend guy who she's mentioned on a few occasions, in neither positive or negative light. She's been with him for a few years but he lives way far away. She recently went to visit him and has been noticeably colder since then.

I haven't asked for her # or FB, and neither has she of mine.

I've been getting a lot of strong IoI's, although not as many recently, (long eye contact, saying she wished I would take lunch with her, initiating conversation) but based of the boyfriend guy and lack of # / FB (only she can request friends) , I can't tell if she's leading me on, likes me as a friend, or if she likes me as more than that.

I'm just wondering of I missed the boat with this girl, or what y'all think?
