Your first text should be something intimate that happened between you two to remind her of the good time you guys had the night before; some kind of inside joke or something that you guys shared. Next I would think back on what you talked about and pull on that thread. For instance, she mentioned she likes to go hiking, plan a hiking trip or something with some friends and invite her to go. Personally I prefer more face to face time than texting so I try to get her to come to something. Try to avoid the boring "what are you doing" "how was your day", you already know that answer so try to bring something new into the conversation. If all else fails, have us talk to her.
