Try and remember a time when your social skills where on point. On fire. Remember that time when you where talking with that girl and remember how you felt. Describe it. For me its comfortable, open, honest. Under these conditions I excell at communicating. So now try and revisit that moment next time you are in that situation. Also breathe! Its all good! My friend, the best advice I can give you is practicing warmup approaches before you attempt to go for the 'one'. I read this from another thread, but I'll basically summarize it. You need to look at interacting in bundle approaches compared to only a single approach. Every person is a different individual so personality will clash at times. Shake off the shame when you fail, and stand up infinitely with your head tall, and looking at your confidence as indestructible.
