Hey seddit,

So my plan is to try to go out everyday. I;m serious about learning this so I have to put the work in. That being said, everyday i'm still resistant to gooing out. i was about to not go out today because I got off work late and i was just gonna hit the gym but I said fuck it, make this a habit or you will never get good. I know I will continually have excuses for not going out but deep down, I know my excuses are bullshit. just 30 mins a day are all it takes.

That being said, I went out adby the time I got to the city it was 8:30. At this point I knew that I couldnt really have long interactions. Someone in my lair chat recommended doing an exercise where you just go up to every random person and say hi. So that's exactly what I did. I walked up to complete strangers and said hi. Funny thing is almost everyone said hi back. Of course I got numerous weird looks but it was funny to me because they thought I crazy. They werent in on my inside joke, if you will.

At first i was very resistant to doing this, but you know what? I didnt die. Sure people might think I'm weird but i will probably never see them again and they don;t know me. Why let a strangers opinion of you dictate how you feel about yourself? Me just taking action felt good. Sure I got embarrassed when people just walked past without saying hi back, but I also felt a rush from pushing my comfort zone and taking action. It was funny also cause this one guy thought I was fucking with him. He was like "Why you saying hi to me? You don;t know me." and he looked kinda pissed. I got kinda scared but I just say I just wanted to know how your day was going. Then he said oh, its going well and shrugged it off.

After this me and my wing met someone from the lair chat at Chipotle. We were initially gonna daygame but it was getting kinda late so we just ate. Then he suggested a "Will you marry me?" opener. I did it to this one cute asian girl. She looked at me like I was crazy. She said "no.." and moved away. I said "oh.. okay have a good night."

She probably thought I was crazy. Her opinion doesn't matter to me. I'm also realizing no one should dictate how you feel about yourself. Just take action and express yourself!
