Even for a master PUA, nothing happens unless you approach.

What if I'm unable to do those?

If you do nothing but approach, nothing will happen.

in my mind right now at this point in my life, I've got a lot of very charismatic and charming male friends who I look to and think to myself "what would (friend) do to bag this girl?" and I've realise that approaching random strangers, even if they make your jaw drop, is not an option until there is an excuse to approach them; if you're walking through town and you catch sight of a gorgeous girl, you're going to need perhaps to see if she ends up in a shop and then, just maybe, there will be something inside it to spark a conversation between you two, but, again, maybe that's creepy but it's less creepy than approaching for no reason at all. girls don't like strangers approaching them for no reason - they don't want to think that they're being "picked up" immediately - I would say that they want a reason to like you and feel a certain positive energy from you, and that's the thing - you do that just from talking normally and being normal (although you can be witty and funny), not by being a shameless pick up artist, because even the most good-looking man in the world won't get incredibly far if he just approaches every girl he sees without a good reason.
