Well, a girl feeling like you used her is out of your control, even if you do 100% of the right and ethical things, so you should come up with a different metric to judge yourself on.

Were you honest with her? Were you open with your intentions? You should focus on that in your future relationships rather than worrying about this one or how she feels.

Do the best you can, and when you know that you've done all you can, then realize that if she still feels badly it isn't on you.

I dont do things that cause me guilt. If i dont want to date long term i say that. But thay doesnt give you liscense to be a dick. Treat everyone with respect. I dated a lady she told me lets keep it casual i got attached anyway. So... sometimes the other person cant help it.

So you just be nice. She was nice to me even though it was my " fault" and i got over it, when i realized she had been saying that all along

I was talking to my cousin about this last night. He's 35, extremely handsome, total bro, been a player his entire life. He told me he's cheated on every girl he's ever been with except for one girl he dated and loved when he was 21-22. He said the guilt goes away quick once you realize how small of a deal relationships are.

Told me the most hilarious stories about being caught in his lies.

Go out, have fun, learn from mistakes.
