put a massage oil in another room, ask the cousin to get it, make it really hard for the cousin to find hahahaha that should give you like a five minute window? you could ''accidentally'' leave a few things around the house?

oh maybe get a bro to call your landline and stall your cousin on the phone? I would have thought your bigger problem will be the fact that really there's no way to get enough time for things to properly escalate without either a) ending in desired outcome (sex) b)something which can lead to something else later.

maybe get a bro to make a situation requiring her attention outside? get your cousin's crush to ask her out? ask her to go collect pizza for everyone, cancel the order just after she goes out, ask her to ask them to cook it again (double time for you!)
