This is a bad idea. Every girl wants her first time to be somewhat special. Not with some guy who tells her "let's just get it out of the way, I'd suggest asking her out on a date first and then escalating during the date.

I don't know what other people's opinion on this sub is, but i say go for the most direct approach. Talk and text with her, but at some point, just straight up tell her you want to hookup before you go your separate ways.

The worst thing that happens is she says no and you don't have to see her again anyway. Or, she says yes and you bang. If you're upfront about wanting it to be casual, you are at zero fault for her being attached as long as you don't suggest an emotional attachment and you're perfectly justified in distancing yourself once you go your own ways.

Tl;Dr. Fuck yeah, be direct and get the V.
