I would personally pick the one that is I like the most & is the most receptive towards me. More of often than not, I make a move on the "hottie" of the group. I think most of my success comes from not being needy/ validation-seeking, I establish this by simply waiting for the right moment to make the move.

You may not want to flirt with everyone within the group, especially if they all know one another, because you risk creating a bad reputation for yourself (unless you're just trying to get laid, this may work in your advantage). Also, don't be afraid to chat up girls outside of the group. Do what is most natural for you without coming across needy, overly-invested, or entitled.

Also, I just wanted to add that sometimes the group can sense a connection with yourself and a girl, especially if you spend a lot of time with the group. If they like you, they might even try helping you out (befriend the group). Look out of obvious signs like the group leaving the two of you alone or making other hints of compatibility.
