Look elsewhere.

I'm no expert, but there's more to life than relationships. Keep her as a friend, even as a fairly attractive friend. Who knows? She can introduce you to her other friends where you'll find the one, or she can be there for support whenever you need to express yourself.

Remember how she said you can't be more than friends, was she very firm and strong about if? What do you do when you meet would you say you are her friend or (sorry don't mean to offend) are you her bitch? I can see 2 options for you.

Tell her how you feel, you like her and you are attracted to her and it is hard for you to see her, say it like a man from your heart, be direct and firm, be easy about it, avoid pressure, if it phases her just leave and let her think about it, don't contact her, forget her, move on don't wait for her to contact you, she might she might not.
Yeah, just stop seeing her for a while think, reevaluate. At the same time move on.
what zetacentauri said, super super smart, maybe really she is just not attracted to you and you can accept that.

Another thing to note you are too concentrated on her, meet other girls, see that other girls can be cool an awesome too, you are thinking about her too much, probably think shit like she is ideal, perfect and your life would be ideal with her stuff like that.
