I think a kiss hello would be appropriate if you've already made out. More of a peck than a long kiss. But don't force it, "feel" out the situation. For instance, if you meet up with her and she's crying, don't try to kiss her.

No. Hug first. Then see if shes receptive. Build kino. However if you guys are at that point where you are making out like mad teenage lovers then sure.
