Get comfortable with the idea of understanding new people and enjoying your time with them, without compromising your own ideals and values.

Confidently. Period. Like it's yours. Are you thinking about it? Are you judging yourself about your actions? Why? Stop. Let your body react to your surroundings as organically as you would breathe. As subtle as it is, anxiety is merely your brain second guessing what your body is doing. Your first action is usually the right one. So fucking go with it. THAT'S YOU. THAT'S WHO YOU ARE.
