After months of messaging, and more recently texting, I've finally made plans to hang out with a girl I met on Tinder on Friday. Today, we're talking and she mentions she won't sleep with somebody unless they were exclusive. I don't want to be. How do I proceed?

Explain this to her and if she still doesn't want to then there is really nothing you can do. You two want different things and if that's her personal philosophy then it's going to be pretty hard to change it.
