Lol she probably wanted to bang after that first time, or you were shit at escalating and she relegated you to the friend zone. In either case she didn't seem too invested in you after the first time, especially given the response "I think I still have your number. Or you have mine. Text me"

Regardless just text her. She told you too. Worst case she doesn't text you back and you take the L and move on with your life. Best case you get something going.
