My senior year of high school(2 years ago) we had this German foreign exchange student. She was assigned to my group the first week in one of our classes. We started talking and she started asking if I had whatsapp,Facebook, instagram, so I said yes. She then takes my phone and gets on my Facebook and instagram and immediately adds herself. I thought she was just trying to meet new friends seeing as she was new and didn't know anyone. Plus I didn't know if that's how people were in Europe. Later that weekend she messaged me on Facebook and asked what I was doing and how my weekend was going. Then she ended up sitting with my friends and I at lunch and she would always ask me things about myself. I thought maybe she felt more comfortable with me since I was one of the first people she met here. One day we were at the lunch table alone while our friends were still in line and she asked if I had a girlfriend to which I said no. Looking back I still don't know if that meant anything. Any thoughts on what I could do in the future in a similar situation and if she was just being friendly?
