I had no intention of flirting with her after the boyfriend was brought up. The next day. I go in ready to give my own radio silence. She ends up being pretty rude, in her opinion, and cold shoulder-ish too. I live with ruder people on their good days so I didn't flinch. Day ends like that.

Now to the third day. We are playing with dogs. She is generally nice to me yet we do not talk much. Once we are the last ones out and the place is almost closed down. She speaks. She apologizes for being rude the day before,
and says " sorry for being rude yesterday. you were flirting with me right? I wanted to send a stronger signal that I am in a relationship." I reply with, "oh, I caught on to your signal the first time, we talked about your boyfriend for a bit remember?" She went on to say she didn't think she expressed it well, with her being so quiet. I explain I have friends like her, personality wise and can pick up on those things pretty good. And that I think she is pretty and we should leave it at that as I motioned towards door.

We finish closing a bit more. She turns to me and says she isn't into casual sex. I reply with " most women are not" She says " I may be too much for you." I ask what? " I am really sensitive and have my own issues." she says. I don't remember what I said after that. I may have stayed silent. My interest was clear I imagine. She felt overwhelmed and said She should not have brought this up. I laughed. Before we leave she says she is comfortable around me. (Which may be a huge feat considering her introverted-Ness.) I reply with I am a good guy. "I don't know about that." was her reply to that. We said good night and parted ways.
