First, she is using you for attention. Second, stop texting her. If she is on social media all day and doesn't bother to respond to your texts, she is not interested.

When a girl is interested, she WILL chase you. She will call you. She will reply to your texts.

Move on. She is not interested in you.

I was in the exact same boat two days ago. There's a low chance she will want to hang out and that anything will happen. I made the mistake of talking to her and getting emotionally invested in her in my situation. It was a mutual attraction and we talked for like a month but never hung out even though I kept trying to schedule it. Then one day she didn't respond to my text for 3 days and I decided to confront her about it. She said I was too "clingy", now I'm over here kind of depressed and still thinking about her. TLTR: I know exactly how you feel. You shouldn't be emotionally attached to her, you don't even know her but it will do no harm to casually talk to her.
