Yesterday I was at a nightclub with a friend and I was on a dance floor surrounded by about 30 women and no men. It was crazy but I realised neither of us had the balls to approach or didn't know what to say. Afterward I told him I felt like a failure, I told him that what I'd read on here is that fear of rejection is what we need to get over, so we decided to challenge ourselves to try to say hi to random girls we liked, and ask how their night was going.

I was going up the stairs and I saw the beautiful 8 brunette leading loads of her friends downstairs, I was so scared but I did it anyway. In a really upbeat voice I said HEY and what happened next blew my mind, she stopped in her tracks and gave me a huge smile and upbeat HEY back, we asked how each other's night was going then went on our way. This is a HUGE step for Me, I was so impressed I was on a high for the next 20 minutes. Suffice to say, me and my friend are back this nightclub every weekend sober to practice.
