Just pretend as if you are already friends with her. Simple right? It's how I approach ALL THE TIME & IT WORKS! Think about it, how would you approach a guy you are already friends with?

Similarly, by law of state transference, what you feel the girl will feel. So if you feel that you are already friends then she will feel that way too. And if she rejects you it's easier to say she was having an off day and didn't want to be bothered.
