After a lot of thinking and reading I've realized one of my biggest obstacles in seduction is that I take myself too seriously and don't know how to banter. Granted there's a time to be serious and build rapport, but I can't even get to that stage because I'm too busy being in my own head most of the time.

I could really use some tips on loosening up and bringing more humor/lightness into my social life.
