you may add a splash of ":)" a hint of "let's grab a couple of a drinks" or leave it plain.

All jokes aside, you're thinking too much into it. A simple happy birthday with a let's grab a couple of drinks [on a specific day] works fine.

Take it from there :)

A simple happy birthday works too, but this way at least you'll initiate a conversation.

If you're into her, I would do something like, "Happy b-day, sexy mama." If you're doing things right with this girl (building distant intimacy), you should be able to follow it up with something like this:

"Remember, you're only as young as you feel."

"LOL, yeah right."

"No really. I'll cop a feel tomorrow and let you know how young you are."
