She is still a girl and not immune to sexual energy and all that other stuff. Read her body language and how the whole situation is, if you sense sexual tension and the conversation kind of goes retard as you two just get closer definitely make a move, also you could stop her mid convo (just dont lean over a damn table, it needs to be close proximity) because the way she said it she might be loyal but that also kind of falls in the romantic category and would appreciate a kiss like that, plus shes a woman and likes to be desired. It's all on you man, do what you want, there will never be a perfect combination someone here will teach you, every situation is unique go with your gut and have fun, you should just go with the flow and decide for yourself, don't rely on this sub too much for stuff like this, inbetween the actual advice there are some delusional "players".

You're leaving WAY too much context out.

The first comment seems to be evidence that she wants something serious, rather than casual. Which makes me wonder, what do you want? something casual or something serious?
The second comment.... what were you guys talking about when she dropped this comment? Context is key because girls usually say this sort of thing when really they are expressing disinterest in a guy or group of guys. So context could shed light on that.

What do you guys think of this and her possible reactions to me stopping her mid conversation saying "Wait...." and then kissing her method?

Off-hand, sounds like a terrible idea. You're dealing with someone who comes off more serious and less prone to go for something spontaneous and random like that.

But why are you asking us? You get the answer to a question like this, by paying attention and tuning into the girl.
