Congrats, man. You can suck it up and ask her and your friends to play wingmates for you while you try something. Or ask to hang out with just her. Dont call it a date. I have a trick I used and it worked amazingly last time. Try to initiate kino and get her comfortable being closer like thighs or arms touching, Then bring up some crap about how every minute is a gift and we gotta live for the fun of it. Then ask her to dance, make sure you have some pre programmed songs and learn how to two step. After some fun is had you can ask her if she wants to do something crazy, Then you kiss her if she says yes and go right back to normal convo like it never even happened. Thats what I used and I almost made a homerun with that, depends on the girl though.
