Ask her if she speaks English. It's a very easy opener and many people at least know what this means.

If her English really isn't good then avoid clubs and loud places. If she still can't understand you then your best bet is to either seduce her on the dance floor or via SMS chat. The latter is way too much effort for me but it's an option if you want to take it.
