I am almost turning 22 and I still have not kissed a girl or had sex.

Hey so why exactly do you think that is?

I have approach anxiety and feel like I will put out a creepy vibe when I talk to girls.

Quite possible, but approach anxiety is really just anxiety lol, and if you don't know how to handle it, it will not be constrained to the time of approach. More than likely it will dominate a good part of the experience.

So...... How do you get less anxious without drugs/alcohol? In my experience, meditation. Really becoming aware of your body's processes and having a command over your state.

That imo is huge, and kind of allows for the rest of the stuff to solve itself on its own. Like for example guys asking for good openers is nonsense. If you're relaxed you'll likely have something good enough to say for an opener and you'll say it. Same with ED, the guy just cant relax, cannot relax himself on his own. The list really goes on and i think "game" gets summed up into a detached engagement, which you get a really good feel for through meditation. you can read about that stuff here.
