What a great video, a nice clear explanation of types of love.

It hit me pretty hard, honestly, because I've started seeing a girl recently after having been single for a long time, and I've let past parts of my life affect the relationship (my parents divorced because my dad cheated on my mom, a girlfriend left me for another guy, etc). It has created these insecurities in me that have left me doubting my relationship with this girl, and I fear that it will prevent me from truly enjoying her and us.

This video helped me see that what I'm experience at the moment is "selfish love" in that I'm seeking happiness from this girl, and I have irrational fears that she will leave/break it off/find someone else. Obviously, my past personal history is fucking with my head a bit, and maybe I never addressed those situations before.

I wish there was a video about what I could do to move forward, or there was some information about overcoming "selfish love" so that I could have a better experience with this girl and "actually" love her! Thanks for posting the video

Just my opinion, so don't get butthurt cuz someone disagrees:

1.) liking one way
2.) liking another way
3.) being a hippy

Not a single one of those is 'real' love.
