I think it is also important to take into account the culture of the girls you are going after. If you are an Asian guy going after the typical hot blonde popular girl type in the USA, you're going to have a tough time, no questions about it. I am a Japanese American guy and I have a very rough time with the typical hot blonde popular girl that you commonly find in Orange County. Ya, those girls are stuck up but man they are hot!

No problems though, as a Japanese guy, I do really well hot blondes from foreign countries who find my Asian looks very attractive. Even when it comes to the USA, I can do quite well with the hot blonde who is into being worldly or one who is highly educated, just have a tough time with the hot blonde party girl.

You have to know your market and what kinds of girls are likely to be racist/see you as a stereotype. From my experience, girls from suburban neighborhoods whose moms were trophy wives are the main ones that are status hungry and will generally look down on minorities and foreigners.
