I am new to The Red Pill community and I want to find all the theory there is to know about it. Could someone point me in the right direction?

As I am new to this, I also want to make a list of the most important things to know as to remind myself again and again. Has anyone made a list of the most important things for himself? This is going to require some time of rehabilitation in order to remove the traces of the blue pill in my system.
