Hey Pearadas
I'm in the same situation, I had massive social anxiety and a shit case of nice guy syndrome but did change a lot over the course of 4 and a half years. Since year 10 in an all boys high school to now currently 2nd-year uni.
I really enjoy chasing/seducing girls that I like, to a fault. It's at the point where I feel like something's wrong when I'm not talking to any potential girls. However, I do get some weird sticking points where I may not like some girls after they start liking me back.

Nah, I'd say it's as quick as you want it to be if you're talking about losing your v-card. But working on yourself should be lifelong.

Explore all avenues of dating and you will find the right situation to lose your V card. It doesn't necessarily have to be perfect but I do recommend losing it sooner than later to begin your new sex life.
Keep going. Exploring all avenues of dating means: Dating apps, join more clubs/groups/meetups, try a few cold approaches every now and again if you can. Just keep going!
Best of luck,
