Sure, join a club. You could also try to form study groups in your classes. Turn to a girl and say "Hey, you take good notes, I need a study buddy. Do you want to exchange numbers for when either of us miss a class?" Otherwise, explore all avenues of dating. Get involved with meetups that are off campus, or nearby. Get on the dating apps.
