Find an older girl, those 18yo tend to be too green. If you insist, ask something thought provoking, for example, "what would you do if ...(take an extended pause for drama) you found out you were dying next week?"
The question will stimulate lots of emotions. Be sure to look her in the eye, lips, back to the eyes. Continue you this while she's talking. Use the emotional arousal to build rapport.
Don't ever ask women questions about their wellbeing unless you're in a serious relationship. Only ask women questions that keep them on their toes. Every question must lead to another and they must cause the woman to desire more conversation.
