If you have friend that y'all have in common sure use him as a wing, but if not just go for it. And hell if you're at a party and you think that you'll just be another drunk guy hitting on her go for it sober.

You should have your butler discreetly inquire to her household staff as to when the lady is receiving visitors. Make sure he uses the servant's entrance. Then at the appropriate time, your coachman can convey you to her domicile, whereupon you may deliver your calling card to the lady's handmaiden. Be sure to wear white gloves when you deposit your card on the silver tray. If the lady is not receiving visitors, you may leave your calling card with one corner bent, to indicate you will call again.

Or you could just join the 21st century and just walk up to her say hello like any normal person would. The more times she sees you around without saying hello, the weirder it will be for both of you. So just do it immediately, the next time you see her.
