So yesterday around 7:15pm I managed to ask a girl in my work area (not a co-worker) out for a date to the movies. We even decided what movie in person and then I asked "What's your number?" as I was typing it on my phone I got it but then one of my co-workers called out for me that he needs me now. I put the phone in my pocket and then I looked back at my phone and I saw I didn't save the contact. So in a hurry I asked her for her number again as I was going back to my post but I had to memorize the number. I kept repeating it in my head but I still had my doubts. I explained my situation to a co-worker and he ended up calling the phone number I memorized around 8pm and nothing came up, then I switched a 4 for a 1 and there was a number, my co-worker muted himself as it was dialing and when someone picked up it was a girl that kept saying "hello", "hello". I honestly couldn't be sure if it was the girl or not.

Anyway so when I got home from work around 10:30pm I texted the updated number "Hey this is (myname), just got home from work, did I get the right number?"

As of right now (12pm the next day) I have had no reply and I'm not sure how to approach this situation, mainly when it comes to seeing this girl again at work today.

Any help?
