I currently go to a smaller, regional college (3000 students) and I'm just wondering how I can meet and go out with girls. I never really had any experience with girls in high school so I basically have no idea what I'm doing. Just a few questions. Is it normal to ask some random girl out you never meet before? or should you get to know them a little bit? If you need to get to know them before asking them out, how do you get to know them? Should I try online dating like tinder? I would rather meet someone in person instead of online but I have no idea where to start.
