I've recently come across this subreddit and there's alot of great information here. I want to thank everyone who contributes here with helpful advice.

Sorry for the length.

I met this girl at work, shes currently going to college. She works with me 2 to 3 days a week. She won't be staying at this job for much longer maybe 4-5 months top. I'm also on my way out in that time frame. I'm also 10 years older then her.

We started off just doing a little bit of flirting, texting back and forth. We did a work outing and she carpooled with me. We went to a bar after the outing. We ended up at her place and I stayed the night. Nothing happened and she seemed a bit miffed about it. I wasn't sure what I wanted out of that at the time and I realize this was my biggest mistake out of everything. I cant go back and change that.

Fast forward to now, we still flirt heavily at work. Do some kino at work when other people arnt around. She comes out and tell me she likes me alot and that it scares her. (wtf does that even mean) I can persuade this girl to practically do anything I want.

So whats the problem, right? We've started hanging out once or twice a week out of work. The problem is its always a group setting and I can't get her alone, except if someone leaves to go to the bathroom and we get like 2-3 minutes. She always invites someone else out with us I asked her why and she says she doesn't trust herself alone with me.

Last weekend we went to a bar, she of course invited someone, he left probably an hour or two before we did. Shes the one who suggested staying. We leave when the bar closes and are standing out front shes saying something i don't recall what it was but it annoyed me so i just kissed her, she reciprocates the kiss and asks why I have to complicate things. I tell her we're going to go sit in her car and talk about this. We talk but nothing really gets hashed out, we end up making out more and leave it there.

Today is the first day I'm going to end up seeing her since then and we've been talking like nothing had happened. I'm looking for suggestions on how to get over this hump.

TLDR: Met a girl at work, we go out for work quite a bit, stayed at her place one night didnt do anything because im stupid. Keep going out flirting and kino all the time, girl says she likes me alot. We go out says she wants to be with me, does the opposite we make out a bit. Now its today and first time i'm seeing her.
