i doubt anybody here knows enough about your condition to figure out how to use it as a "positive." Wikipedia says it is a condition that can affects your movements so if you move weird there is probably nothing "positive" about it and it's just a huge hinderance that you need to overcome.

Here's the best way to make this "positive": live an awesome life and become an awesome person despite your condition and she'll think you are a bad motherfucker. Guys just like boobs and ass, but a girl will look into your SOUL and see how much of a fighter you are. If you succeed despite your challenges girls will see that and admire that, even if they don't openly show it. If there are 2 equal guys at a party and one of killed a dragon and one didn't, the girl is going to fuck the dragon slayer.

That said, this is going to be a huge challenge for you and some girls will just use it automatically reject you. Other girls may like you but will be shamed by her friends/family for being with a guy like that. That's just something you have to deal with.

Tips for you: stay confident and upbeat and positive. Don't whine to girls about your disability or ask for pity. A girl will not be able to process somebody with a disability that is positive and upbeat and will be intrigued, at the very least.
