I found if I'm really, really knowledgeable and expert on something then all the tests don't affect me since I'm unshakeably confident.
If I don't know something then they get in there and do anything they can to make you feel like an idiot. When this happens intend to admit that I don't know. Trying to confidently answer doesn't work. Thoughts on that?
It comes up as a fight for dominance. Not really how I want to live but it seems to be the way huh? IF that is the case then it makes sense to bully them back... But to bully back creates a cycle of non teamwork....
If rising above, maintaining some sense of superiority... Then there is a risk they can feel threatened because you are disconnected from them...
Thoughts?
