/r/paleo and /r/keto really helped me cut from 23%. It's worth a try man. Can't really help you on the baldness front. All I can say is read the sidebar and never lose hope. You'll be fine. My roommate is short and balding but still pulls. Good luck man.

what do you mean by balding, pics? usually people say they're balding but it's only a receeding hairline which isn't even that bad. and balding isnt bad either.
