Ok so I had to ask everyone for their opinion.

When I make eye contact with a girl for a period of time how can I be assured that she won't be crepped out when I talk to her.

And how would I even go about approaching a girl who I know nothing about.

Like which is less creepy "Hey my name is memedealer, what's your's" "Excuse me but I couldn't help but notice just how beautiful you are and I was wondering if you would like to get a coffee sometime"

Do you know of any approach talks I could say?
