Talk low and slower, but don't be like Mystery and put in those bizarre long pauses. He has to do that because he's autistic.

Generally, loud and fast sounds like you're desperate to be heard and you have to speak fast before people lose interest in what you're saying. Soft and slow means you are assuming people are hanging on your every word.

Watch the live demo about 30 minutes into this video. He demonstrates talking low and slow, with pauses, he is even telling the woman what he is doing and she still melts.

Talk slow and soft 90% of the time and loud 10% of the time. Make pauses 5% of the time.

Make dramatic pauses 2% of the time, it can also be overly dramatic, so that she knows you're screwing with her. She'll probably hit you on your arm for fun. :)
