Are you going to be at this job long term or short? If it's the former then no, don't pursue it, but if it's the latter go all out. My best friend met his gf of 5 years at work. They worked retail together and were aware they would not stay there forever, so it worked.

She's comfortable, you just need to break the ice. Keep in mind women want sex more than we do, they just don't want to be labeled slutty. Some want to be desired and when they are, the flood gates open.

If you should or shouldn't really depends on how stern and clear you as a person can be, so if you're direct and clear enough to have a workplace relationship it should be easy to work with what you have going and break the ice about what happened talking about what happened saying it was fun and that you should grab another drink (take the lead and set the date yourself)

if you're not direct enough to break the ice and talk about it then I'd say you're probably better off not taking that work relationship any further but if that was me I'd follow my dick and break ice
