What do you mean how do you find the time? Sit down, and write out your schedule. See those open time periods on Friday and Saturday nights when you would usually be jerking off? There's your times. When Friday comes around, get your ass up and go to a bar. Approach 10 girls and try to have a conversation with them. Repeat this every week until you achieve your desired results. Also, read Models by Mark Manson. Audible has a free 30 day trial with one free book. Models is a must read in your case.
