Eh, I think what you need is the three second rule. Don't overthink. Don't stress. You see a cute girl and you lock eyes, then you give yourself three seconds to make an approach. Don't give yourself more time.

It's confident and alpha as fuck to say what you feel like saying and standing behind your opinions. Don't stress about how stupid it sounds to you; girls will like it. Simply put: be at ease with yourself. What you're saying is important and others listen. Why'd it be stupid in the first place? Alphas like yourself don't say stupid shit, and the girl knows it.

Imagine what she thinks of you when you approach her commenting on her smile like in the last example of yours. She's happy, you had also a chance before and might seem a lil shy to her, which could be a turn on if she's into that. Coming to comment on her smile means you paid attention & smile is generally a positive thing and thus you bring positive topic and vibes. Then just let it roll. You look confident, positive and like a generally cool guy.
