Since your quest is very ground-zero, my two cents is to GO LIGHT at the party, make connections, and figure out the scene. Alcohol can limit your ability to foresee consequences, but it won't keep them from happening.
Practice actually seducing off campus so you can have freedom to experiment.

Tagging onto #1: Since your school is small, you can build a good reputation. Be the fun, happy guy who people like to be around. If people have a good experience when they are around you, a few women may start to approach you. Just be sure not to create a "character". You are perfect just the way you are.

Sounds like they like you. If you are joining the frat they are going to shit on you for 5 months and steal every girl you talk to. But they will also prob give you some easy layups to hook up with girls becauae it's cooler for them with the sororities to have pledges that don't suck.
Be a good pledge. The cool guys in the house will hook you the fuck up.
I always took all the cool pledges out and got them laid. Then made them clean up in the morning haha.
