When holding eye contact, should we stare at one of the eyes or focus on the middle between the eyes?

My advice is that you shouldn't think about it at all. Just do it. Look at whatever eye you want.

You know why? Because she's not worried about whether you're looking at one of her eyes or the middle of her nose.

If you're concentrating on where to look, you're head's not where it needs to be to maintain frame and survive her shit tests.

Just make "eye contact" and make it as natural as possible. And by that I mean, look where ever the hell you want - her left eye, her right eye, the bridge of her nose, you can even glance at her lips if you freaking feel like it - and never give it another thought.

I agree that you should not think about it, but in those times where you have to choose I believe looking at a woman's right eye is the eye to look at and then comment so it doesn't look like you're being creepy
