All of those times you've been seeing each other, those are called dates. You're interested in her, she's interested in you, and you got together to spend time with each other. That's a date. So you didn't kiss her, flirt, or touch her in any way? Then those were bad dates. She's probably wondering why you haven't made any moves and she's probably about ready to move on. DO NOT start spilling your feelings to her. It's like making a movie, SHOW DONT TELL. if you're truly attracted to her and her personality, then show her. Invite her out again. Hug her, joke around, make tons of eye contact (fucking stare into her eyes), hold her hand, and yes, kiss her. If you manage to do that, and score another date afterwords, then you're dating. If you want to be exclusively dating, then you can ask her about that AFTER you've had sex. And if you want to be her boyfriend, you should wait for her to bring that up, but you can bring it up AFTER you've had sex. Long story short, it doesn't matter if she's shy. You don't be shy, you make moves.
